| According to the Law 333, only companies that are licensed pursuant to this law can legally activate in the security systems area (projects, installing, service). In order to acquire this license, the technical and management personnel of these companies is checked by the Police. It is compulsory that they meet the requirements related to psychological and professional profile, as well as to have a clean police record. Also, the law provides the minimum requirements of the security systems according to the importance and the destination of the secured space. Law 333 replaces Law 18 from 1996. |
