| The most efficient safety for a building is obtained by combining several types of protection into an integrated security system. In order to benefit from an increased safety, the alerting has to be as fast as possible. In order to accomplish this, the external (perimeter) protection is the most efficient. It is realized by integrating several elements: video surveillance systems, video-intercom, various types of access control systems for persons and vehicles, but also outdoor movement sensors or infra-red barriers.
